Free call

Fifteen minutes to take stock.

Free, no commitment, online. You tell me what is going on. I tell you honestly what I make of it, and if your situation belongs somewhere else, I point you towards whoever can handle it.

What happens during the call

You describe the situation in your own words. I ask a few targeted questions: how long it has been going on, in which contexts, what has already been tried, what the professionals before me told you.

Fifteen minutes in, you know three things: whether what your dog is going through falls within my competence, how I would work on it, and what that means in time and in money. You decide afterwards, with a cool head.

What we do not do

I do not hand out a protocol during this call. An exercise taken out of context and applied to the wrong dog can make a situation worse. Until the assessment is done, I do not have what I need to tell you what to do, and I would rather say so than give you advice at random.

After the call, the decision is entirely yours. You will receive nothing you have not asked for, and if this is not the right moment, you will come back when it is.

If you already know what you are looking for

Some people arrive having read everything and want to start straight with the assessment. That is possible: say so in the form below and we book the assessment without going through the call.

Tell me about your dog.

It does not need to be structured or complete. A few lines are enough; I prepare the call from them.

Common questions

Before you book.

Is the call really free?

Yes, with nothing expected in return. It serves me as much as it serves you: I would rather set aside a case that is not mine to take than start an assessment that would be of no use to you.

Can behaviour problems really be worked on remotely?

It is often the better option. A reactive dog observed with a stranger who has just walked into his home does not show his usual behaviour: he shows his reaction to that intrusion. Online, I see him in his baseline state, at home, in the exact context where the problem happens.

I live near Toulouse. Can we meet in person?

In-person work exists, in one case only: when the work is done jointly with a vet. General practice, behavioural medicine, orthopaedics, the speciality does not matter. A large share of the behaviours brought to me have a physical component, and on those cases one of the two sets of eyes needs to be able to examine the dog.

Still set on working in person? Say so during the free call. We look together at whether your situation fits that frame, and if it does not, I explain why online will serve your dog better. See how it works.

Which language do we work in?

French or English, with no difference in method or price.

My dog has already bitten. Do you take that kind of case?

Yes. Say so in the form, with the context around it. It is not grounds for refusal: it is information that changes how the work is run and the safety measures we put in place.
