What this site does with the information you give it, in plain terms.
This page sets out what this site does with the information you give it. It is written to be
read, not to be waved about.
What is collected, and why
The site collects data only through its forms: enquiry, free call request, mentoring
application, project consulting enquiry. The fields asked for are those of the form you fill in:
your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation or your
dog.
That information is used solely to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare the work
together. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to any third party for commercial
purposes.
The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at
your request before entering into a contract.
Where it goes
Each enquiry is stored on the site itself, hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, and sent
by email to Marie Rivière-Agnus. There is no other recipient.
Switzerland is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision: data held there benefits
from protection equivalent to the GDPR.
How long it is kept
Enquiries received through the forms are kept for three years, then deleted automatically.
Where an accompaniment begins, the related documents follow the retention periods that apply to
the contractual and accounting relationship.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of
its processing, or object to that processing. Write to
doggo.comportementcanin@gmail.com and you
will have an answer within one month.
If that answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection
authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
Trackers and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool: no Google Analytics, nothing
equivalent. No browsing profile is built.
The only cookies that may be set are the technical ones needed to run the site, and only if you
log in to an administration account. An ordinary visitor receives none.
Fonts
The typefaces used by this site are served from its own server. No request is made to Google
Fonts, so your IP address is not passed to any third party in order to display the text.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions by
internal mechanisms, with no third-party service and no tracking cookie.

This policy may change as the site does. The date it was last updated appears below.
